Society is a very demanding entity. This concept is magnified by the current downturned economy, which is requiring families to become two income households, with both parents working long hours. There continues to be legislation almost annually around the country on gay and lesbian people having the right to marry. This is far from the only issue straight people raise with those who hold alternative lifestyles.
